Vineyard size: 1,5 hectares
Winemaking and ageing: Traditional red vinification with alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for seven days, and subsequent skin maceration. Malolactic fermentation in steel. 24 months ageing in 25hl Slavonian oak barrels and at least 1 year in the bottle.
Food paring: perfect with all meat and game main courses. Excellent with mature cheeses.
