THE CONTEXT
Inside the estate, in a discreet location but with full access to the common areas and all the services of the property, is La Colonica. 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, various living rooms and a large kitchen, make this villa the perfect place to host groups of friends and family reunions. Furnished with taste and elegance, the villa also offers its guests a panoramic swimming pool, for exclusive use, as well as large outdoor spaces furnished with tables, umbrellas and chairs.
Rooms and common areas
The Colonica farmhouse consists of a large red house in typical Tuscan rural style, and a small stone barn.
In the three floors of the main house there are 8 bedrooms with 6 non-en suite bathrooms, as well as 4 living rooms of various sizes. One of the bedrooms is in the open loft of the dovecote tower. A large kitchen/living room, furnished and equipped with everything necessary for 20 people, is on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden. The chef may be booked for home service.
The barn has two bedrooms, one of which is on an open mezzanine, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette. All rooms can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds on request.
Gardens and swimming pool
The farmhouse is located on the side of a hill with a splendid south-east exposure. Surrounded by gardens and olive trees, it boasts a unique view of the estate’s vineyards. On the various levels of the garden, there are lawns with seating and small sitting areas, as well as a large table where all guests can gather for lunch or dinner. The panoramic swimming pool, built in 2023, is located a few steps from the two farmhouses, and is equipped with seating, deckchairs and umbrellas.
Private parking is available for guests.
The Colonica can be rented partially, as it can be divided into 5 independent apartments.
Each apartment offers privacy and all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay, making it an ideal solution for families or groups who want to spend time together without giving up their independence.
